Description
🐈 LOUNGE RULES, PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS
The safety and security of the cats is our top priority, please familiarize yourself with our rules before your arrival. Our staff has the right to ask anyone who isn't following the rules to leave the lounge. No refunds will be issued.
Sessions begin at the top of the hour and run for 50 minutes. Ticket holders may enter at any time during the session but the session ends 10 minutes before the next hour regardless of time of entry. We can not compensate for time missed if you are late for your session.
🧦 SOCKS REQUIRED
Shoes and bare feet are not permitted. Socks and shoe covers are available for purchase if needed.
👧🏻 CHILDREN
Children must be at least 5 to enter the cat lounge. 1 ticket holding adult must be present inside the lounge for every 3 children between the ages of 5-18 years of age.
🎟️ TICKETS
Each person in your group must have their own ticket. Please ensure all tickets are for the correct date and time, the lounge has space for a maximum of 10 guests per session. This number can not be exceeded.
🗓️ RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS
You can request a refund for tickets up to 48 hours prior to your reservation or reschedule your tickets up to 12 hours before your reservation. After these windows have passed we are unable to refund or reschedule your tickets. If you do miss your session the good news is that ticket purchases are a tax deductible donation to our non-profit!
