The Catawba-Wateree Relicensing Coalition invites you to our Summer Meeting 2026!

 

Get up to speed on what is happening in our river basin in 2 hours on August 1 with:

• Updates from Duke Energy on recreation, invasive species, shoreline management and drought.

• Highlights from the latest Integrated Water Resources Plan including recommendations for ongoing and future management of our river system.

• Open discussions on what is happening in your stretch of the river and throughout the basin.

The Catawba-Wateree River Basin encompasses 26 counties, 8900 miles of waterways, 5000 square miles of land and a 225 mile stretch of continuous river from Old Fort, NC to where it converges with the Congaree River outside of Columbia, SC.
