Join us for the 21st Cedar Valley Parade of Homes, hosted by the Cedar Valley Home Builders Association!  

The 2023 Parade of Homes will take place September 14-17.  There are many exciting homes lining up to tour.  Don’t miss this banner event.  You get your tickets now at cedarvalleyhomebuilders.com.  

New this year - we have a kick-off location each day at Dream Homes - 3315 W 1st St, Cedar Falls.  Come here to get your registration bags for the event!

2023 Parade dates and times:

  • Thursday, September 14 - 5-7pm
  • Friday, September 15 - 5-8pm
  • Saturday, September 16 - 1-4pm
  • Sunday, September 17 - 1-4pm

Ticket Pricing

  • $13.00 - Online
  • $15.00 – In Parade Homes (Cash/Check)
  • A per ticket convenience fee will be charged to off-set the cost of ticketing and credit card fees.
