We will start by preparing a green gaspacho, a cold green vegetables soup perfect for a hot summer day.
Then we will learn how to make a traditional Ratatouille as it was taught to me in Provence.
Ratatouille will be served with herbes de Provence and white wine pork roast « en cocotte « (dutch oven).
For dessert a lemon and blueberry petit pot de creme.
