Share Description
Celebrating yourself means giving yourself the gift of self-love as well as cheering yourself on.
Many women can lose themselves in routine and multi-tasking, supporting their partner and/or children, caring for their homes, juggling a career, paying the bills etc. During this circle we will rest in a space that encourages us to explore our inner world, which can be greatly healing for mental and physical well-being. To feel held in a gentle, non-judgemental way can be deeply nourishing. Sharing in circle allows women to reconnect with themselves and each other. We are reminded that we are whole and complete as we are. And here’s the great thing about self-celebration, when you do it, you’re inspiring and lifting up others as well!
On this night we will share, meditate, create and play.
