The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is on a course to become a world-class aerospace experience center. As an independent 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum welcomes our visitors by sharing our exhibits and offerings within three separate buildings: The Aviation Museum, The Giant Screen Theater, and The Space Museum. Together, these three facilities host the memorable experiences that advance our mission to be a force of curiosity and courage for kids of all ages to gain the confidence to take flight. The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum proudly serves as the home of the iconic Spruce Goose and the second largest cinema screen in Oregon. Make sure to visit the Evergreen Giant Screen Theater during your next visit to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum and see what the excitement is all about!
The Aviation and Space Museums will be open during normal operating hours to invite event ticket holders to explore legendary exhibits prior to the celebration. Ticket holders are invited to be seated in our Giant Screen Theater by 3 pm to enjoy the celebration's live speaking engagements. Private pilot and KOIN's Chief Meteorologist Natasha Stenbock will share her passion for flight and introduce retired Navy Blue Angel pilot Greg “Boss” Wooldridge.
Greg Wooldridge is the only Naval Aviator to serve as commanding officer of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels three separate times. Greg will share his insights on the history of aviation, his own experiences, and the lasting impacts of his favorite aerospace heroes over the last 120 years.
A limited number of VIP ticket holders will have a chance to meet Greg in person for pictures and autographs at the conclusion of the celebration.
