Join us for a very special evening as we celebrate the life of gourmand extraordinaire Julia Child on what would have been her 110th birthday. Curator of Food History with the Smithsonian Institution Paula Johnson will be here to share stories of her personal, first-hand experiences with the grand dame of food and wine. Johnson and her team are responsible for the Smithsonian’s exhibit of Julia’s kitchen. You will be enthralled by Johnson’s stories of her time with Child while dining on a three-course meal of some of her favorite dishes. This will truly be an evening to remember!
$85 General Admission (arrive up to one hour before the start of the class; watch and enjoy all of the food that is prepared during the class)
$115 Premium Experience (arrive up to one hour before the start of the class to enjoy a complimentary drink with an artisan cheese board; watch and enjoy all of the food and beverages that are prepared during the class)
