Central Wisconsin Day is an opportunity for business and community leaders to bring the voice of our region to Madison.  Meet with policymakers from across the state and discuss how the legislature can help move Central Wisconsin forward. 

 

Participants will be divided into teams to meet with lawmakers who represent districts throughout the State of Wisconsin. Teams will champion issues of vital importance to people, employers, and economies in Central Wisconsin.

Staff and legislators subject to Wisconsin ethics laws are required to pay a $20 fee for food and beverage. A payment box will be located at the door or you can prepay via registration. Payment reflects the estimated fair market value of food and beverages

10:00 AM – Coffee and Registration 
Doors open for coffee, conversation, and networking.

10:30 AM – Welcome and Morning Speaker from presenting sponsor Findorff
Opening remarks and sponsor presentation.

10:50 AM – Overview of the Current Legislative Landscape
Brief overview of the state of the legislature 

11:10 AM – Issue Paper Review
Review of focus topics and discussion points for the day.

11:30 AM – Logistics Overview and Final Questions 
Event logistics

11:45 AM – Lunch
Team networking and lunch.

12:45 PM – Group Photo in the Rotunda at the Capital
Official group photo before visits begin.

1:00 PM – Legislative Visits 
Meetings with legislators. Attendees may depart after their final visit or return to hotel.

4:00 PM – Return to Park Hotel for Recap and Grab-and-Go Snacks
Informal debrief and light refreshments.

 

ROOM BLOCK 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU RECEIVE THE GOVERNMENT RATE, YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK OUTSIDE THE BLOCK TO RECEIVE THAT RATE. 

$159.00 for traditional rooms with one or two beds, $169.00 for deluxe rooms with one or two beds, and $249.00 for king suites. Room rates are currently subject to 5.5% State tax and 10% City tax if applicable. 

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 608-285-8000. Please reference the “Centergy - Central Wisconsin Advocacy Day 2026” room block when calling to make room reservations. The cutoff date for the room block is 2/1/2026

Guaranteed overnight valet parking is $25/night.
