Ceviche is the famous dish from Latin America where fresh fish and other seafood is “cooked” in lime juice and mixed with chili, coriander/cilantro, onion and other flavorings. 

Be guided by executive chef Oscar Padilla when you learn how to make Toro’s signature Mercado Margarita and chef’s choice of ceviche. Take home your cocktail shaker once the class is over & create your own!
