Join us at Get a Gato Cafe for a paws-itively delightful all-levels chair yoga class with Lindsey Gill (@lindseygillyoga)! This class offers gentle stretches, mindful dance-y movements, and breathwork, all done from a chair! As we move, you'll have the opportunity to chat, have fun, and maybe have one of our resident cats wander across your lap!
🐱 Perfect for cat lovers, yoga enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a fun, stress-free way to move. Spanish-language friendly/ofrecido en español!
✨ No experience needed—just a love for furry friends and a willingness to meow-ve!
🪑 Chairs provided. Cats optional (but inevitable).
Our cat lounge is a shoes off zone so don't forget socks.
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled time slot minus the service fee. After 48 hours we cannot offer a refund but the good news is that your ticket is a tax-deductible donation to our non-profit!
