Tier One
Chandon, Brut
California
This classic California sparkling has notes of ripe apple and pear, beautiful light bubbles, and a complex depth of finish.
Tier Two
Chandon, Blanc de Pinor Noir
California
Full-bodied and made from 93% Pinot Noir fermented without the skins to keep a beautiful clear color. This has notes of strawberry, melon and hazelnut in a bold, robust style.
Tier Three
Roland Champion, Blanc de Blanc, Brut
Champagne France
This vintage brut is 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from the chalky soils of Chouilly producing a fully-bodied champagne that is rich and elegant and filled with complex notes of vanilla, brioche and honey.
In addition to the Champagne tasting, the following delicious appetizers will be provided by our friends at Noco Provisions:
