Palmer & Co, Brut Reserve, Reims
Champagne, France
Made from some of the best vineyards in the Champagne region, this classic brut is incredibly rich with flavors of citrus, pear and apricot and a buttery brioche finish.
Tier Two
De Pro, Brut Rose
Cava, Spain
Full-bodied and rounded with fresh cherry fruit and a lingering aftertaste. This unique Rose is made from the Trepat grape in the Northern. regions of Spain.
Tier Three
Poema, Ex. Dry
Cava, Spain
This winery produces high-quality, small-production Cava by manually harvesting and pressing the grapes and blending to produce the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
In addition to the Champagne tasting, the following delicious eats will be provided by our friends at Noco Provisions
