Charcuterie 101
 

Learn the history, background, and production processes of charcuterie meats and cheeses, flavor and wine pairings, styling and arranging techniques, and finally enjoy the delicious board you created.  Limited seating availble.
 

This is a Bring Your Own Wine event
 

A list of suggested wines will be emailed after tickets are purchased.  Water provided.
 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY


If you will not be able to attend the Charcuterie 101 class for any reason, you must notify us by 48 hours prior to event. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancelletions made under 48 hours.
