Want to cure your envy over other’s amazing appetizer displays? Ready to up your party game? Need a little nudge in the presentation department? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we have you covered!
In this class, a large Thanksgiving theme charcuterie board will be ready to welcome you and enjoy while our Chef instructor walks you through the elements of building an irresistible charcuterie board. From thoughtful components to unique arrangements, your next charcuterie board is guaranteed to win applause. During class guests will design a charcuterie box for two to take home.
What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Chef Judi
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the Chef Instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Location: First Floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
- Allergy Restriction: Unfortunately, there are no pork or dairy allergy alternatives for this menu.
