Description
This camp is designed for 1st-8th grade wrestlers of all experience levels and will focus on fundamental techniques, takedowns, positioning, mat awareness, conditioning, and the mindset needed to succeed both on and off the mat. Athletes will receive hands-on instruction from wrestlers who have achieved success at the regional, state, and national levels, while learning what it takes to compete and win.
Whether your child is stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing for the upcoming season, this camp provides an opportunity to train with proven champs in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.
