The evening will kick off with the hilarious comedy Check Please, a series of disastrous blind dates that will have you in stitches. After the laughter, enjoy an intermission to stretch your legs and grab a refreshment.

Following the break, our graduating Grade 12 students will showcase their creativity and directorial talents with a collection of short plays they have brought to life. Please check back for updates on all of these exciting student-directed productions!

We're thrilled to give you a sneak peek at some of the student-directed pieces:

The Bartender: Update to come This show is One night only on the 7th - The Bartender and their Boss deals with several different types of customers per night. Each night a new face comes in along with new problems the Bartender is definitely too underpaid to deal with. Watch friendships unravel with a dash of intoxicated comedy.

The Emo Escapade Written by Kate Magennis Three best friends decide to break into their high school as they suspect that their teacher, Mr. Peters, has stolen one of their My Chemical Romance CDs. In an attempt to get it back, their friendship is tested, as well as their loyalty. Will their friendship withstand this emo escapade?

The Furnace Written and Directed by Abby D The Furnace

Best friend, Melissa and Ellie, look forward to an exciting sleepover night filled fun ,drama, and best of all, no annoying little brothers, AKA Melissa's little brother, Timmy. Everything goes according to plan until strange noises coming from the furnace room scare the girls, and they wonder if a so-called furnace monster was summoned to the furnace room during Timmy's round of Dungeons and Dragons or if a serial killer has broken in and they will become his next victim. Will Melissa and Ellie survive the night, or will they succumb to whatever might be lurking inside the furnace room?

The Viewing - By Del Martins Directed by Kasey A - A broken family of two sisters and a brother are all haunted by... What exactly? As they retrace old memories, both good and bad, a web of jealousy and attachment is unveiled. Their pasts cast eerie shadows ending in regret and unease. They have to pass the curse on one way or another.

It's a fantastic opportunity to support our young artists and enjoy a diverse range of theatrical performances all in one night!
