Lets get that bread!!!
This class will be a workshop around creating, maintaining, and utilizing it in baking.
We will build a sourdough culture from scratch.
Demo the process of feeding and the types of flours used to feed at different stages.
Discuss cold and warm starter storage.
Demo a sourdough pizza recipe that can be done at home.
All participants will receive a PB starter culture to start their own sourdough starter.
Time Slots:
2-4PM & 5-7PM
