Cooking with cast iron!

Chef bruno will talk about the applications and uses of cast iron cookware high heat environments.

Discussion on how high heat is utilized and the forms of high heat we will use. Oni and wood-fired oven.

We will be cooking a protein, vegetable, and live fire bread.

Participants are recommended to have comparable cooking apparatus at home to duplicate items we are producing thats day. , Tickets sold individually. $80/per person or $110/per person with wine or beer pairing. Time slots: 1-3PM and 4-6PM.
