Chef Kanthi brings the authentic tastes of India to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that he learned by his mother's side growing up - so you can prepare a typical homestyle Indian meal in Brighton.

You will work in pairs to prepare a typical menu of Kanthi's favourite dishes, his mother's special recipes for:

  • Sunday chicken curry
  • Tomato and tamarind rasam
  • Potato and pepper fry
  • Bhagara rice
