September is Bourbon Month! Our expert chefs will prepare a full 7 course menu where each course is either paired or infused with Kentucky Proud Bourbon
Menu:
Appetizer:: Housemade Wipped Farmers Cheese topped with a Fresh Fig, Country Ham Chip and Pomegranate Molasses
Soup:: Bourbon Infused Bloody Mary Soup with a Mini Grilled Cheese
Salad:: Endive Fall Roasted Vegetables and a Warm Pancetta Vinaigrette
Fish:: Cornbread and Parmesan Crusted Scallop with Bacon Jam
Meat:: Seared Venison Medallion topped with Pickled Blueberries and Buerre Blanc with Fondant Sweet Potato and Seared Asparagus
Cheese Course:: Smoked Pear with Goat Cheese
Dessert:: Pecan Tuille Cannoli with Brown Butter Gelato and Bourbon Caramel Drizzle
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor! Premium Experience will be priority seating!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
