Chef Sel Bracamonte  - Sel is a chef originally from Guatemala whose cooking is inspired by his travels, heritage and love of bold flavours. A self-taught cook, he developed his passion from an early age, learning from his mother and grandmother before building an international career in professional kitchens. He recently made it to the semi-finals of MasterChef: The Professionals.

Sel is currently the Head Chef of Amari. Prior to this, he worked at the world-famous Fat Duck as a Chef de Partie. Combining classic French techniques with ancient Mayan influences, he creates vibrant, inventive dishes that celebrate culture, creativity and respect for exceptional ingredients.
