Chocolate and Mushroom Tart

Salad:
Mozzarella and Strawberry Salad with Chocolate Vinaigrette

Entree:
Braised Short Rib with Balsamic Chocolate Sauce, Potato Puree, and Pan Seared Green Beans

Chocolate Souffle with a Berry Coulis and House Whipped Cream
