Chef's Table: Valentine's Day

A Valentine's Day Chef's Table experience is the perfect way to elevate a romantic evening with your loved one. Join us for a 4 course romantic, fine dining experience. Dress is your best date night attire and enjoy being pampered by our chefs. This dinner includes wine pairings.

Our 4 course menu will include:

• Appetizer: 
  Maple Ricotta Filled Butternut Squash Ravioli with a Sage Butter 
   
• Salad:
  Arugula and Spinach Salad Topped with Raspberries, Goat Cheese, and Candied Sunflower Seeds with Raspberry Vinaigrette
   
• Entree:
  Lamb with Honey Roasted Carrots with Burrata and Pomegranate and Seared Asparagus
   
• Dessert:
  Red Wine Poached Pear with Chocolate Truffle and White Chocolate Cremeaux
   
• Wine Pairing: Each course can be paired with wines that complement the flavors, creating a sensory symphony.

• Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
