Campground Setup, admission & Parking
Chelan County Fair campground registration and permit deadline is July 31, 2026
Thursday, July 31 - Registration and permit deadline
Monday September 7 - after 2 pm, Setup/drop off can begin for Fair campers
Wednesday September 9 - Load in day for exhibitors
Thursday September 10 - Fair opens
Sunday September 13 – Fair campers must pack-up and depart the campground
ALL UNITS MUST PARK IN THE SPACE ASSIGNED BY THE CAMPING COMMITTEE. Fee INCLUDES both camping unit and tow vehicle.
Only one vehicle will be allowed to park at your camping unit. All others WILL BE TOWED. Extra vehicle $20.00, must preregister with camping form.
