Join us for a "Taste of Spain" at Derecho with a guided culinary experience led by Executive Chef Kevin Marquet, who will guide guests through 3 food & wine pairings. Chef Marquet joined the team at Derecho after being an executive chef for over 10 years at 9th Door in LoDo. An enthusiast for delicious cuisine, Kevin has been published in the "Spain and The World Table" by the Culinary Institute of America.
