All table, VIP section, and cabana reservations require guests to arrive by 6:00PM, No Later than 7:30pm or at least one person from the group must be checked in by 7:30PM to secure the reservation. We highly recommend the full party arrives together to avoid delays with entry and seating. Late arrivals may result in delayed seating, adjusted placement, or loss of preferred seating. Cabana/Patio reservations are rain or shine. Outdoor cabanas remain reserved regardless of weather. If weather changes, indoor seating is not guaranteed due to limited reserved seating inside. All sales are final. No refunds. All section, table, and cabana deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

By purchasing a ticket, section, table, bottle, or cabana, you explicitly agree that all payments are completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy applies without limitation to: event rescheduling, venue modifications, artist, comedian, or special guest substitutions, delays, or cancellations, inclement weather, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event.
Event schedules, talent lineups, and venue accommodations are subject to change at the organizers' sole discretion without prior notice.
All deposits made toward sections, tables, and cabanas are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Ticket holders must present a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket purchase for entry. Entry is subject to the venue's age verification (30+ for women & 35+ for men restrictions), capacity limits, and code of conduct. Chargebacks initiated via banks or credit card processors will be aggressively disputed using these agreed-upon terms.
