Born in Chile and raised in Los Angeles, Javiera grew up surrounded by a vibrant Chilean community and a deep appreciation for the traditions that shaped her childhood. As that sense of community has become less visible over the years, she felt inspired to create a space where people could gather once again. Through With Gratitude Events, Javiera creates thoughtful dining experiences that bring people together through meaningful design, hospitality, and shared experience.

Raised between Chile and Italy, Marcelo began his culinary journey at just 15 at a culinary school in Milan. Trained in Michelin star kitchens, he now brings his global experience to Los Angeles where he fuses his roots with the city’s dynamic food culture. His cooking evokes comfort and nostalgia, honoring the flavors and memories of Chile.
