Description
December 28 & 29 • 2–5 PM
This special 2-day Art and Journal workshop is designed to help participants gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they navigate life’s many choices. Through expressive art-making, guided journaling, and supportive discussion, students will explore what truly matters to them and begin setting intentions for the year ahead.
Each session includes mindfulness practices and creative exercises that encourage self-reflection and personal growth. By the end of the workshop, participants will craft a meaningful, personalized vision board — a visual roadmap of their values, goals, and dreams for a fulfilling life.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking clarity, direction, or a creative reset — whether they’re navigating big transitions, setting intentions for the new year, or simply wanting time to reconnect with themselves.
This workshop is especially meaningful for young women from high school through motherhood who face countless choices each day — choices about school, careers, relationships, identity, family, and personal growth. It offers a supportive, uplifting space to slow down, reflect, and create a vision for the future that feels grounded and intentional.
It’s also a wonderful fit for anyone who enjoys journaling, creative expression, mindfulness, or vision boarding, regardless of age or background.
