Church Hurt & Healing is a weekly conversation space for people navigating spiritual wounds, religious trauma, identity struggles, community rejection, and the complicated journey of reconnecting with themselves, their faith, or their sense of peace.
Together, we discuss:

• shame and fear-based teaching
• recovering from toxic religious environments
• identity and belonging
• rebuilding trust after harm
• grief, anger, forgiveness, and healing
• spirituality beyond performance
• finding peace after disconnection
