Join the Yuma Civic Orchestra on Saturday, November 5th for its "Classics by Moonlight" Concert and “Experience it Live!” as they present music under the full moon at the AWC Amphitheater. As the name aptly describes, it is set out in the open field under the bright full moon of a Yuma autumn’s night. Started in 2001 to introduce light classical music to the people of our community, it has captivated a wide variety of audiences, young and old, as pieces are carefully selected to touch the hearts of the audience. Feel free to bring your own chairs and a blanket to enjoy the full outdoor concert experience. We will have chairs set up as well for your convenience. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. Our attendees will also be able to enjoy a special dinner menu prepared just for us by the AWC Culinary Department, dinner, dessert, drink options, and choices for children will be available as well. We also encourage you to arrive at 5:30 to enjoy your meal before the concert.
