Yuka is an Acrylic painter, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Ashtanga Yoga teacher from Japan. Through Reiki she connects with her spirit and is deeply connected with art.
With the new moon on August 13th, we will connect ourselves with new intentions. It includes sound bath/reiki, guided meditation, gentle asana, breath work, and self-portrait aura drawing. We will start drawing our higher self lead by guided meditation, and reiki. Through sound bath and reiki we will explore 7 layers of aura by using acrylic paint. This is the event and space for you to experience what it feels like to paint and express yourself through art when you listen to your inner wisdom and intuition. Through breath work and gentle asana, we will allow our body to feel deeply relaxed.
Suggested donation $55 (art materials included). Please bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. Meditation pillow and blanket also recommended. Join us to explore art and connect our inner wisdom.
