Begin prom night with an unforgettable evening at Five Blossoms Farm. Blossoms & Bowties is a curated pre-prom dinner experience designed for students who want to gather with friends in a beautiful setting before heading to prom.
Students will arrive at the farm in the late afternoon to enjoy the property, spend time with friends, and capture photos before dinner. Each student will receive a fresh floral piece to complement their attire — hand-tied bouquets for dresses and boutonnières for suits — creating a beautiful keepsake from the evening.
Guests will then be seated for a chef-prepared plated dinner, beginning with a fresh salad course followed by their selected entrée of chicken or steak. Dinner will be served in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere designed to give students a memorable moment together before continuing on to their prom festivities.
Students are encouraged to depart between 7:00–7:30 PM to allow plenty of time to arrive at prom.
Parents are invited to enjoy a Sunset Social at the Farm beginning at 6:00 PM in a separate area of the property. Parents will enjoy a buffet dinner, one complimentary drink, and the opportunity to relax and socialize while taking in the beautiful sunset views at Five Blossoms Farm. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
A professional photographer will be available on site for optional portraits and group photos. Photography packages may be purchased directly through the photographer (contact info below). To ensure a smooth and organized experience for all guests, outside photographers will not be permitted on the property during the event.
Evening Schedule
4:00 PM – Student arrival & time for photos with friends
6:00 PM – Plated dinner service for students
6:00 PM – Parent Sunset Social begins (separate area)
7:00–7:30 PM – Students depart for prom
9:00 PM – Parent Sunset Social concludes
Student Ticket Includes:

Parent Sunset Social Includes:

Important Notes:
• Entrée selections must be made at the time of ticket purchase.
• Ticket sales will close prior to the event to allow for menu planning. This is a limited ticketed event, and pre-purchased tickets are required for all attendees, no exceptions. Additional guests are not permitted beyond the ticket purchased.
• Cancellations are non-refundable – ALL TICKET SALES FINAL. However, a minimum of 20 students is required for the event to be held.
• Outside photographers are not permitted during the event.
• No Outside Alcoholic Beverages are allowed.
• This event is designed as a pre-prom experience and will conclude before prom begins. No exit or re-entry will be permitted.

Liability
- The Client assumes all responsibility for guests; actions and damages caused during the event. The Venue is not liable for injuries, theft, or damages during the event.
- Client acknowledges that this event falls under the definition of Agricultural Tourism as defined in Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976 – for all attendees.
Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity. (Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976).
FORCE MAJEURE
- The Venue is not liable for cancellation due to acts of God, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- For avoidance of doubt – this event is a “Rain or Shine” event, and all terms and conditions with respect to payments, cancellation and forfeiture shall apply.
