Coastal Rhythms is a collective that shares a vision for creating intentional spaces for people to gather in community together. It is our hope that each space we create is an inclusive space where all are welcomed and each person feels celebrated to show up as their authentic self. In these spaces we hope to inspire, connection, self expression, safety, healing, freedom and playfulness!
We are excited to announce our third silent disco ecstatic dance on the beach in collaboration with our dear friends Quiet Hours. Ecstatic dance is a sober intentional dance space that welcomes free form movement and expression.
💞 4:00pm: Arrival Time - we ask that you arrive promptly at 4 so we can welcome you and set you up with a pair of silent disco headphones. Bring an ID with you to exchange for the headphones.
💫Community Alter Space: we invite you to bring a special item with you to place on the community altar at this time to help you cultivate a safe and sacred dancing experience.
🦋 4:30pm: Opening Circle- in our opening circle we will set personal and collective intentions together and review the guidelines for ecstatic dance. Additionally, this will be an opportunity to drop into our bodies, connect with our breath and develop a connection to the earth, each other and our free form personal expression.
🎶4:45pm: ecstatic dance DJ set with @mratwoodmusic.
🌊6:30pm: Closing meditation/ Closing Circle: a collective time to reflect, integrate, share our voices and gratitude to help close the container we created.
🍒7:00pm: optional fruit potluck. We'd love to keep hanging out with you after the dance!!! Please feel free to bring some fruit or snacks to share for some post dance nourishment.
Tickets are non refundable unless the event is canceled/ rained out. We are committed dancers who dance in all weather other than hard rain due to protection of sound equipment. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or upon arrival.

The dream of Quiet Hours was birthed out of love for community and the desire to dance. We originally came together in a trailer park deep in the Hudson Valley. We started because we wanted to be able to provide an outlet for our friends in the trailer park after "quiet hours" that the neighbors wouldn't complain about. It started with dancing but quickly evolved into the creative arenas we are exploring today.
We still know how to throw the best dance party in town, but our passion is providing unique and mindful experiences in every realm. In addition to festivals, parties and weddings we also offer services for ecstatic dance, yoga, meditation and yoga nidra to name a few. We are always looking for creative partners with crazy ideas that will help propel this equipment to another level.
Mostly we just want to dance.
