We are considering you this go around and we want to provide a safe place for you to take a "Coffee Break"
I know that it's not often that you get an opportunity to sit and be poured into, and even when you do, it may feel rushed. You may even feel guilt.
Not here, May 17, 2026 at the Coffee Break. You know why? You need a break, too! You can't be all that is expected or that you were created to do and be if you don't give yourself permission to take a short pause for the cause.
This space will be for men only. We have a dynamic speaker (Rafer Owens, Sr.) that will share some tools and will be important for you to continue and maintain in your role as a leader.

How do you handle setbacks?
What values guide your decisions?
How do you balance authority and approachability?
These are just a few things to think about.
