Join us for a community meeting to share and discuss our visions for Coil & Cord, a new studio space set to open soon in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
We (Parker, Juniper, and Ellie) have been working together on plans for Coil & Cord. We're inviting you to be part of that planning! On Jan. 25th, come hear some of our plans and dreams for this space and please share your ideas, suggestions, advice, hopes, and even concerns for the space. What would make Coil & Cord a space where you would feel comfortable and where you would want to spend time and attend happenings? What sorts of workshops, skill shares, gatherings, exhibitions, experiences, and other activities would you want Coil & Cord to offer? Do you have an idea for something you would like to host or help make happen at this new space?
If you're a rope practitioner, artist, craft enthusiast, or otherwise in interested a creative community gathering space, we want to hear from you!
We're excited to host this meet-up at Principles GI Coffee House, a block away from where we're planning to open Coil & Cord!
Attendance is free but we encourage you to purchase food/beverage from Principles GI Coffee House.
