Our mealtime is very important to Vietnamese culture. Generations of our family values and bonds are created amidst eating together. An unwavering obligation, but as an immigrant, I don't have much of that anymore. On the weekends I get a taste of it with my mom, but I want to encourage more.
So this time, my team and I strive to bring our guests together with a family meal style dinner.
Our mission is to make our guests feel like being at home with family, reunited with their partner and to just simply enjoy the comfort of our heart warming cuisine

Mam DC is a Vietnamese owned and operated pop-up in Washington DC. Offering classic Vietnamese cuisine and seasonally influenced cocktails. Our mission is to bring the flavors and sensations of southern Vietnamese cuisine to DC and to help popularize some fantastic dishes that people haven't seen much of.
