Description
Gluten-free baking can be time consuming, expensive and just feel a bit overwhelming. Whether you’re just starting to cook and bake gluten-free, or are looking for some new ideas and recipes, join Emma for a fun and informative class, all about how to bake and enjoy eating gluten-free at home.
You’ll bake two delicious recipes to take away, that can be tweaked and adapted to the flavours that you love (and for what’s already at home in the cupboards):
Cheesy one-bowl soda bread
Chewy chocolate-chip cookies
Emma Hatcher is a cook, author and recipe developer who is determined to show those with food intolerances and sensitive guts that they don’t have to feel restricted when it comes to what they eat, creating gluten-free and free-from cakes, breads and recipes that are accessible, adaptable and most importantly, delicious.
This class aims to prioritise those with a gluten intolerance or those with dependents with gluten intolerance, due to the limited number of spaces in this session.
Dietary information: The menu for this class is gluten free. Please note we cannot guarantee the kitchen is a fully gluten-free environment therefore may not be suitable for coeliacs. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
This class is run on behalf of the Community Kitchen charity – thanks to our funders Maximus
