Learn how to make bibimbap, a staple of Korean cuisine in this COMMUNUTY MASTERCLASS
Join Jethro and learn to craft the iconic Korean dish Bibimbap. Master essential cooking techniques and discover the secrets to creating bold and flavourful dishes.
What to expect:
- Work in pairs and learn how to create and assemble each element of bibimbap.
- Make gochujang sauce and learn to pickle vegetables for that delicious tangy flavour.
- Take home your food to eat later.
Dietary information: The menu for this class is vegetarian can be adapted to suit a vegan diet - please list this on your booking. This class involves cooking with seeds and gluten. The class is not adaptable for a Gluten Free diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
