Companionship hinges on a single moment.
Master your moment by joining Dr. Kelly Flanagan and his wife for a restful, inspirational, and transformational weekend at the beautiful 4U Ranch, just eight miles east of historic Park City, Utah, in the countryside of the Kamas Valley. Together, we will get clear about the one moment that repeats itself over and over again in every relationship, how you can show up differently to that moment, and how you can level up every one of your relationships as a result. You will walk away with a clear plan for transforming your relational landscape.
Dr. Kelly Flanagan is an author, speaker, consultant, and licensed clinical psychologist. He blogs regularly at drkellyflanagan.com, his writing has been featured in Reader's Digest and the Huffington Post, and he has appeared on the TODAY Show with his daughter. Kelly is the author of two non-fiction books, Loveable: Embracing What Is Truest About You, So You Can Truly Embrace Your Life and True Companions: A Book for Everyone About the Relationships That See Us Through. Both books debuted as the #1 New Release in Interpersonal Relations on Amazon. His first novel, The Unhiding of Elijah Campbell, will be released on October 18, 2022. Kelly is married to another clinical psychologist named Kelly, and they have three children who are eighteen, fourteen, and twelve years-old.
Gary and Donna Urban will be hosting us at their stunning 75-acre ranch property on the Weber River in Peoa, Utah. The ranch has miles of scenic views and opportunities for rejuvenating hikes, fly fishing, and mindful contemplation. Donna and Gary bring a lifetime of experience in business and hospitality to the operation of the 4U Ranch. In order to realize their dream of building a home and event center, they have crafted a space that is warm, welcoming, and "for you!" Between their ranch home and their state-of-the-art classic timber frame barn, we will gather comfortably and casually together for times of learning, conversation, and connection.
Your ticket comes with access to the entire weekend, including all food and beverage from Thursday evening through Saturday evening (with the exception of Friday dinner, see below), as well as a complimentary advanced copy of The Unhiding of Elijah Campbell. You will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and lodging. We encourage you to fly into Salt Lake City International Airport, and rent a car for the 45-minute drive to Park City, where lodging is plentiful. Donna has secured a group rate for our attendees at the Lodges at Deer Valley and the Silver Baron Lodge, both part of the Deer Valley Resort. Your rental car will come in handy again for making the short trip to and from the Ranch on the days of the event. While you are encouraged to attend with a companion, individual attendees are more than welcome to attend! For those attending individually, if you are interested in carpooling or finding a roommate, Kelly will be happy to connect you with others who are also attending individually.
The weekend will begin on Thursday evening, October 13, with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Then, that evening, Kelly will lead us through our first session. On Friday, we will spend the morning and afternoon together, including a light breakfast, our second session, lunch, and a third session. We will then release you to enjoy an evening in Park City on your own. Finally, you'll return to the Ranch for brunch on Saturday, followed by a final session, an afternoon of rest and relaxation at the Ranch, and a celebratory closing meal in the evening.
We would love for you to join us. The 2019 Loveable Retreat Weekend at the Ranch was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We look forward to more memory-making at Companion Camp!

“Kelly has found his own way to repackage the consistent stream of wisdom from the mystics and saints that have been overlooked and forgotten. His work in LOVEABLE was not only a gift to me and my wife, but it also has provided language, light, and clarity to so many within my tribe across the country. We had the chance to host Kelly for a weekend retreat at our home and everyone left lighter and brighter and with a desire to carry compassion and empathy into their lives, families, and workplaces. —Ashton Gustafson, Host of the Good / True / & Beautiful Podcast and the 2018 Loveable Retreat Weekend
Dr. Kelly Flanagan is one of the kindest human beings I've ever met. His ability to connect quickly, collaborate consciously, and create exponential results in his work is truly world-class. Not only has he brought value to our events and our community, he has brought out the best in me and my team along the way. —Jeremy Reisig (a.k.a., brotha James), Master Facilitator and Pop Rock Musician
As the leader of a large mastermind organization, I’ve hired Dr. Kelly to work with our groups on several occasions. He had a tremendous impact at a three day intensive couples retreat, and he’s helped highly successful (and stubborn) entrepreneurs create success in business and at home by discovering the power of vulnerability and awareness over just being smart and capable leaders. I am excited for Dr. Kelly’s next book and I can’t wait to dive in together with my wife. —Mike McCarthy, Regional Owner Keller Williams Greater PA Region, Co-founder GoBundance and Fambundance
After reading Loveable, I knew we needed Kelly to present at our Front Row Dads retreat. His teachings are both profound and palatable. He hit a home-run. —Jon Vroman, Founder Front Row Dads, Author of The Front Row Factor
Kelly Flanagan made fans of us with his wisdom, wit, and unfailing desire to help us see the very best in ourselves and in each other. It makes learning and evolving so much more rewarding (not to mention fun) when you're led by a trustworthy, compassionate and wise mentor like Kelly. —Donna & Gary Urban, Founders, 4U Ranch
