If you've ever been curious about competition BBQ, this class is for you!  Dustin Reese from Hogline is one of the best cooks in the midwest (if not the US). Dustin has cooked over 150 KCBS contests in his career, and is a 3 time Minnesota Team of the Year winner, and two time Reserve Grand Champion at The American Royal! We'll cover everything from finding contests and registering, to meat selection, recommendations for equipment. We will also cover competition chicken and rib trimming as well as the whole cooking process. By the end of the day, you will have had the opportunity to try Dustin's food and get an idea just what it takes to be either the king of the cul de sac or the king of KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society).  

 

22 Seats available. Class starts at 9 a.m. and should wrap up around 3 p.m. Register soon! This class always fills up fast!  $200 per person.
