The Concordia handbell ensembles travel to Phoenix for a series of concerts and festival  (Concert Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes, including intermission)  
 

  • February 27 at 7:00pm: Concert at Christ Church Lutheran, Phoenix AZ
  • February 28 at 7:00pm: Concert at Life in Christ, Peoria AZ
  • March 1: all day: Adult and Youth Handbell workshops and festival
  • March 1 at 4:00pm: Handbell Festival Concert at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, Paradise Valley AZ
  • March 2 at 8:00am and 11:30am: Traditional worship at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, Chandler AZ
  • March 2 at 2:00pm: Concert at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, Chandler AZ

    Concert Handbells and Spirit Bells are the touring ensembles of Concordia, representing a program that has become highly respected internationally for its performances and for its preparation of handbell musicians and directors. They have performed in 12 nations of Asia, Europe, and Australia as well as 38 states and provinces of North America. Concordia's handbell ensembles perform the highest difficulty of Handbell Repertoire at a virtuosic level, including original compositions written by Alex Guebert and student composers. Concordia Concert Handbells are featured annually across the nation during the Concordia PBS Special. 

    All performances are free, non-ticketed, and open to the public.
