2025 Concordia Keyboard Day Scholarship Competition

For the past Ten years, Concordia Keyboard Day has supported and celebrated the musical achievements of young pianists from across Southern California. This year, we are pleased to announce the return of this event on Saturday, March 15, in the format of a piano competition.
All competition participants will receive adjudication notes from our outstanding adjudicators and awards, aiming to encourage young pianists in their piano studies. Additionally, the first winner of each division will receive a small cash scholarship to support their private music study and will have the opportunity to perform at the Winner’s Concert scheduled on Sunday, 3/16. We offer various age categories for solo piano and piano ensemble performance divisions as well.

Repertoire :
Piano Solo Categories: Any one composition written or arranged for piano solo performance in classical style, including Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Contemporary periods of music history. Memorization is required.
Piano Ensemble Categories: Any one composition written or arranged for piano ensemble performance in classical style including 4 hands and 6 hands on one piano. Memorization is not required.

in the Zhang Orchestra hall,

$300 of scholarship for the Concordia Summer Piano Music Festival 2025
The second winner : receive medal
$200 of scholarship for the Concordia Summer Piano Music Festival, 2025
The third winner : receive Medal
$100 scholarship for the Concordia Summer Piano Music Festival, 2025
Honorable mention : receive certification
All results will be announced immediately after each division.
Application Fees :
Solo Category: $60
Piano Ensemble Category: $80 per group.
