On this day you will know it is possible to love all of who you are, flaws and all, you will hold yourself with compassionate awareness with no judgment as this leads to understanding and clarity of what is and what is not working for you. Taking the time to connect to yourself leads to taking personal responsibility, we then release our old patterns and habits and from there we are free to choose with gratitude how our story unfolds.

Sharon & Rose will create a safe space for women to connect, empower and support each other through yoga, meditation, journaling, play and creativity. We are a group of women gathering together in an intentional and sacred way to honour ourselves, each other and all of life, the power of love and appreciation for everything becomes abundant.
