Description
Join us Saturday, December 12 at 10 am for Constitutional Crafting: Wreath Workshop led by our Horticulturist, Robert Myers in partnership with Westwind Flowers! Guests will hear how Robert brings the historic, holiday-spirit to Montpelier through creating the mansion’s swags and taking care of our gardens. They will then be led in creating their own festive masterpieces, utilizing greens gathered from the property, by Stacey from Westwind Flowers.
Following the workshop, guests will be led to the Mansion to take a photo of their wreath and learn more about the property and where their supplies were gathered.
Tickets for James Madison’s Montpelier Members are $75 and non-members $85.
Please note, tickets go off sale a week prior to the event on December 4.
A portion of all sales directly support our mission to be a memorial to James Madison and the Enslaved Community, a museum of American history, and a center for constitutional education.
*ALL supplies will be provided for this workshop! Please just bring yourselves and the holiday-spirit!
