In this popular series, we’ll breakdown cooking basics into bite-sized portions. Whether you’re looking to hone your knife skills or make different types of sauces, these classes will teach you how to move in the kitchen like a pro.
In this 101 class, our chef instructor will share pro tips of making delicious sauces. From hollandaise to bechamel and everything in between, you’ll wow family and friends with these expert sauces.
Menu

- Pan sauce with Chicken Tenders
- Bechamel & Mornay with Cauliflower

What To Expect
- Instructor: Chef to be announced.
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Demonstration.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class.
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of a glass of beer, wine, soft drink, or water. Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- Happy Hour: Our bar will be open for Happy Hour one hour before the start of class. Your first drink will be 25% off!
