Join Chef Jason Dunn as he demonstrates how to make some of his signature salads for the spring and summer. The class is demonstration in style - so no hands on cooking required. Class size will be small to encourage conversation between attendees and Chef Jason.
The class will be held in the upper room at Crawfish Junction (a few stairs are required). The class will last 1 to 1-1/2 hours. During the class, you will be sampling the salads as they are prepared. You will also receive a booklet with all the recipes.
While not included, the bar will be open at Crawfish if you wish to have a beverage of choice during the class.
