Description
In this cooking class, Chef Jason Dunn will demonstrate autumn themed soups, designed to warm and comfort as the weather gets colder. This class is taught in a demonstration style: no hands-on measuring or stirring. In this class, White Bean Pesto Soup and Squash Soup will be prepared from scratch and served at the end as a meal., accompanied by fresh, crunchy bread. You will receive a recipe booklet to take notes in and take home. Ticket also includes a token for any beverage from the bar - during or after the class.
Class will be held in the upstairs dining room.
