Description
In this cooking class, Chef Jason Dunn will discuss and demonstrate the beauty of sirloin! What to look for when purchasing, how to cut it, cook it and enjoy this great cut of beef. This class is taught in a demonstration style, with no hands-on required. During the class, a Sirloin Sandwich and a signature salad will be prepared from scratch and served at the end as a meal. You will receive a recipe booklet to take notes in and take home. Your ticket includes a beverage token for any beverage from the bar - during and after the class.
Weather permitting, this class will be held outside on the patio as a grill is involved., so please dress accordingly. If weather is not cooperative, the class will be held in the upstairs dining room.
