Cooking Classes at the JACC are like a party!  Join Chef Black as he presents foods perfect for a chilly fall evening.

Champagne & Brie Bisque w/Dungeness Crab & Shrimp

Roasted Butternut Squash Salad - wild greens, Washington apples, dried Bing cherries, blueberries-cranberries, glazed pecans w/honey dijon vinaigrette

Cider Brined Pork Chops w/ maple bacon chutney
