Join us in the JACC Kitchen for an evening of good food with chef/instructor Jaemasyn Ward of Gathered ( Post Falls).  Jaaemasyn will prepare a delicious pan seared salmon supper.

MENU:

Starter:  Garlic & herb wedge salad:  iceberg lettuce, garlic blue cheese dressing, applewood smoked bacon, herbs, blue cheese crumbles

Main:  Pan seared salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus in beurre Monte'.

Dessert:  Bananas Foster:  Bananas flambe'd in rum, brown sugar, butter and banana liquer) served with vanilla ice cream

Price:  $75 - includes 2 glass of wine or other beverage

Ring Side Seating: $90 - 6 seats are availabe at the chef's counter
